- Exchange Policy: 50% value of the sale price.
- Refund Policy: 30% value of the sale price.

- Material: 18K, 21K, and 22K Gold.
- Gold Resale Value: 80% of net weight (excluding making charges & wastage).
- Receipt Required: Original receipt needed for resale.
